A 26-year-old woman and a mother of four children, barged into a house and raped a man, who was asleep, in his apartment in West Seattle. The woemn forced herself upon the sleeping victim, after pinning him down over his head.
The victim told police that after attending a birthday party late night, he felt asleep in his room. At around 2 pm, when he woke up, he was shocked to see a 5.7 feet tall and 240-pound (110 kg) woman above him. Then, he struggled to escape from the grasp of the rapist woman. The victim in his statement said that the accused woman is known as a drug user in the area, and also added that he doesn't know her personally, except the fact that she is an acquaintance of a man in another duplex."
After a sexual assault examination, it was found that the DNA of the victim matched with that of accused woman, who was then charged for second-degree rape "for assaulting a victim 'incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse by reason of being physically helpless". The woman, who is reportedly eight-month pregnant with her fifth child, was finally arrested on rape charges.
